Our home base is in Morrisville, NC, but we proudly serve the surrounding communities including Apex, Cary, Raleigh and Durham. Need help a little further away? We also offer long‑distance towing and can arrange transport across county or state lines.

What services do you offer?

We provide a full suite of light‑duty towing and roadside assistance services. This includes standard and long‑distance towing, accident recovery, fuel delivery, jump starts, lockout assistance, winching and flat tire replacement. If you’re unsure which service you need, just give us a call and we’ll advise you.

When are you available?

Emergencies don’t wait for business hours and neither do we. Our dispatchers answer calls 24/7, though service on major holidays may be limited. If you need help in the middle of the night, you can count on us.

How quickly can you get to me?

Response time depends on your location, traffic and weather. Within the Research Triangle area, we aim to arrive in about 30 minutes. When you call, our dispatcher will provide an estimated time of arrival and keep you updated if conditions change.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), most mobile payment platforms (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) and cash. Digital receipts can be emailed or texted for insurance reimbursement.

Do I need to stay with my vehicle?

No. If you provide an accurate location and a way to reach you by phone, you can leave your vehicle unattended. We’ll send an invoice that you can pay remotely and coordinate delivery of your vehicle if necessary.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We carry full business and commercial auto insurance that protects both our company and your vehicle while it’s in our care.
