Williams Towing Fleet is a family-run towing and roadside assistance company based in Morrisville, North Carolina, in the middle of the Triangle. Where We Work
Morrisville sits between everything: I-40 to Raleigh and Durham, NC-54 into Cary, Aviation Parkway to RDU, Davis Drive into Research Triangle Park. From here we cover Raleigh, Durham, RTP, RDU Airport, Morrisville, Cary, Apex and Holly Springs, and we run long-distance jobs across North Carolina and out of state.
The Trucks
- Flatbed rollback carriers with 21-foot beds. The vehicle rides fully on the bed with all four wheels off the ground: the right way to move AWD vehicles, EVs, lowered cars, classics and anything that doesn’t run or roll.
- A wheel-lift wrecker. Quick and nimble for parking decks, apartment lots and tight cul-de-sacs where a long bed can’t turn around.
- Recovery gear on every truck – winches, snatch blocks, rated straps and soft shackles for ditches, mud and soft shoulders.
Every truck carries jump packs, lockout tools, a jack and impact tools, and fuel cans, so one call covers a jump start, a lockout, a tire change or fuel as well as a tow.
How We Work
- Quote first. The dispatcher gives you a price and an ETA before a truck rolls. No surprises at the drop-off.
- Your destination. Your mechanic, a dealer service department, your driveway. We don’t steer you to a shop.
- Careful loading. Proper recovery points, soft straps, four-corner tie-downs. No chains on bumpers.
- Paperwork that makes sense. Itemized receipts with pickup and drop-off details, for you or your insurer.
- Discretion. We never publish or name our customers, business or private.

Williams Towing Fleet operates under USDOT 4241594 and carries business and commercial auto insurance that protects your vehicle while it’s in our care. Our drivers are trained on the equipment they run and on highway safety; on the shoulder of I-40 or the Beltline, the truck is positioned to shield you before anyone gets out.
